Description: Lead projects to design and implement business requirements in an integrated SAP environment. The role is unique in that the candidate must be technically knowledgeable and have the leadership skills to lead across functions, organizations, applications and companies. The candidate must have a strong financial background and the ability to relate the impact of system changes with changes required to disclosure statements and ensure changes are consistent with MMAS and CAS as well as tax laws and financial reporting.While this candidate does not have to be an expert they do have to have the skills, knowledge and back ground to lead such an effort. In this type effort they would be responsible for self supervising, making assignments and engaging the appropriate personnel inside and outside the immediate organization in order to ensure a successful implementation. This candidate would be required to maintain status to budget and schedule and periodically provide that status to management for flow up to the PMO. Since SAP is an integrated product the solutions that are developed must be integrated as well. The candidate will be called upon to develop complex solutions and then ensure they are agreed to by all impacted parties. Implementation includes leading and coordinating training and roll out plans. The candidate must also recognize what needs to be accomplished on their own and initiate go forward plans get them funded and staffed. The candidate will be the external face for the projects to management, other organizations and the customer. Breadth of responsibility for the SAP Financial Support organization is very wide and project leadership is required in the following areas at any point in time Accounting (Material Cost, Accounts Payable, FI Interfaces, Labor Distribution, Project Systems, Asset Accounting, Overhead Allocations, Results Analysis), Billings, Estimating (MCE/MLE) and Earned Value Management (Manufacturing Earned Value and Material Earned Value). We will be stabilizing and completing the sunset of legacy processes.

Desired Skills: Understanding of Accounting, Estimating and Earned Value Requirements
Strong Financial Background
Strong Technical Proficiency in SAP
Full Understanding of SAP and it's integration points
Ability to manage up and down the organizational lines
Strong Organizational Skills
Experience making presentations to audiences up to and including senior-level executives
Experience with government contractors
Basic Qualifications: Proficient SAP experience.
Experience analyzing and solving complex SAP problems.
Experience in Project Management (budget/schedule).
Experience in leading others and/or cross-functional teams.
