The Billing Specialist will be providing support to our finance department and will be responsible for:

? Invoicing for a variety of contracts including Cost Plus, Fixed Daily Rate, and Fixed Price
? Reconciling unbilled and resolving legacy issues
? Follow up with clients regarding payment
? Forecast and communicate risk and opportunities to cash outlook

Requirements:

? Associate Degree required
? Three to four (3-4) years of relevant experience in Government Contract Billing using Deltek Costpoint (with Billing Module)
? Billing experience with Cost Plus, T&M and Fixed Price type of contracts
? Knowledge of WAWF invoicing submittal
? Proficient in Microsoft excel
