GWFS, located in McLean, VA is looking for highly motivated team members dedicated to influencing change and delivering outstanding client service.
GWFS is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator with 1 - 3 years? experience. We are looking for a competitive, self-motivated individual who has the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with recruiters to staff CONUS and OCONUS personnel for federal government and commercial contracts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Required to maintain numerous Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Oversees various client/company databases
Develop and propose changes to procedures for records maintenance to increase efficiency
Integrate with various departments ensuring seamless administrative flow of the candidate pipeline
Work with the Recruiting Supervisor to prioritize tasks, and develop additional responsibilities
Provide Quality Control/Quality Assurance services for client deliverables
Assist with Candidate Sourcing/Recruitment as needed
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Ability to receive and maintain Security Clearance
1 ? 3 years government contract and/or recruiting experience
Bachelor?s degree preferred
Must have exceptional documentation and writing skills
Results-oriented; customer-service focused and possess strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
A proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment
Requires the ability to actively provide recruiting support to multi-site operations and be capable of effectively building positive work partnerships with geographically dispersed staff members of multiple levels
Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with applicant tracking systems, specifically HR Smart experience preferred
