Description:The Subcontract Administration Associate Manager will support Special Operations Forces Systems with global supply chain management. The Subcontract Administration Associate Manager will manage workforce service contracts and material purchase orders. The Subcontract Administration Associate Manager will lead GSCM efforts supporting specialized engineering and critical complex components within the IDIQ contract. The Subcontract Administration Associate Manager will negotiate subcontract provisions, review subcontract proposals, process and manage orders in accordance with applicable FAR/DFARS regulatory guidelines. The Subcontract Administration Associate Manager will be the lead global supply chain manager interfacing with suppliers.
Basic Qualifications:
Able to remain calm and focused in stressful situations within a customer deadline driven environment.
Highly organized and able to work independently in a fast paced environment with limited supervision.
Highly proficient in FAR/DFARS/Truthful Cost or Pricing Data regulatory requirements.
Bachelors Degree in Business or relevant field.
Previous experience managing subcontract support for DOD prime contracts.
Desired Skills:
MBA or graduate school in related business field.
Experience with LMAP and internal Lockheed Martin P2P/SAP.
Negotiation and conflict resolution experience.
Knowledge of contract legalities and risk associated.
