The Associate Analyst, Benefits will assist in the day-to-day activities and services associated with the administration and continuous improvement of our leave programs for our global workforce. These roles will focus on all types of leave administration including short and long term disability, Family and Medical Leave, military leave, personal leaves of absence and Worker’s Compensation. The ideal candidates will be versed in all employee benefit programs, customer service oriented, and effective communicators.

These positions are located in Chantilly, VA.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administration of all types of leave, including helping employees understand types of leave available, assisting employees with applying for leave, facilitating prompt returns from leave and handling employee questions/issues
  • Serve as a liaison between employees, managers and vendors, advising them on eligibility, provisions, and other related matters
  • Maintain records and other related documents
  • Advise employees and/or managers on timecard completion
  • Manage entry of leaves into HRIS system
  • Maintain current knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, all leave-related laws and regulations including USERRA, FMLA and Worker’s Compensation.
  • Participate in special projects as needed, and perform other job related duties as required.

Qualifications:

0-2 years of related experience in benefit programs and administration

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and, professional training, or work experience
