The Associate Analyst, Benefits will assist in the day-to-day activities and services associated with the administration and continuous improvement of our leave programs for our global workforce. These roles will focus on all types of leave administration including short and long term disability, Family and Medical Leave, military leave, personal leaves of absence and Worker’s Compensation. The ideal candidates will be versed in all employee benefit programs, customer service oriented, and effective communicators.
These positions are located in Chantilly, VA.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
0-2 years of related experience in benefit programs and administration

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and, professional training, or work experience
