Responsibilities:
May be responsible for one or more of the following:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, events coordinating multiple calendars
Edit documents in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word
Generate monthly reports including but not limited to listed asset marketing, deal status, and targeted prospects/opportunities
Research information about prospective clients using 10K reports, social media, and industry websites
Review and analyze lease, sale and related financial documents
Create and edit content for marketing and presentation materials.
Plan and support client and local Cushman & Wakefield events (ie. State of Real Estate, charitable events, etc.)
Manage marketing and due diligence process with clients for varied sales and leasing assignments
Manage CRM database
Manage escrow process of building sales
Draft, review and proof multiple lease and sale proposals
Create and manage multiple monthly email marketing campaigns.
Organizing and managing schedules and calendars.
Filing and inputting expenses.
Job Qualifications:
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1-3 years of commercial real estate and/or related experience
Real Estate License (or must obtain within first 6 months of employment)
Excellent in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
Self-initiating creative mind set with a team oriented sense of urgency to meet client deadlines
