Description:The LCS Test and Evaluation Team Logistics Engineer will perform the following tasks:
• Responsible supporting material management activities in Marinette, WI, including prioritization of work, coordinating with warehouse activities and liaison with the localized management team in support of the onsite Lockheed Martin team.
• Liaison with the Hull Manager, and Mission Systems Test Leads on the planning and scheduling of Government Furnished material and Equipment requirements.
• Provide inputs and manage the process on material availability, material purchasing, and material kitting.
• Responsible for warehousing and proper storage/retrieval of kitted material in support of cable team, to include, providing feedback to the Engineering Groups and tracking resolution of modifications to the Bill of Materials (BOMs), Cable Run Sheets (CRS) and/or Cable Block Diagrams (CBD).
• Provide Inventory control of tools, test equipment, and parts, to include consumables and spares, as well as re-ordering to keep inventories up to date for future work.
• Provide material procurement services to account for low dollar Test and Evaluation team purchases, Change Forms (CFs) and Program Change Washington (PCWs) approved for T&E Group, as well as provide inputs to the CF/PCW process as required.
• Process and Manage Mission Systems borrow payback requests to support production and test schedule for Mission Systems.
• Manage kitting of cable termination material and provide weekly status of kitted material to onsite management team.
• Manage, track and provide status of material purchases and delivery dates to support the production and test teams; compliant to all Lockheed Martin procurement processes.
• Responsible to provide Month end status for logistics and cable activities working with cable team lead to the onsite management.
• Support the weekly and daily updates to various cable tracking data bases.
• Support initiatives to modernize the team status and tracking processes, i.e. Augmented Reality, databases, online status tools.

Basic Qualifications:
The following are required skills of the position:

? Navy ship Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E), Deck Equipment and Combat Systems equipment and systems expertise.
? Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point in support of program products.
? Ability to read and comprehend electrical and mechanical drawings.
? Navy maintenance process and resource familiarity.
? Candidate must also possess good interpersonal skills (both for written and oral communications), and be capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Desired Skills:
LCS program experience in logistical support and technical documentation.
• LCS shipboard equipment experience.
• Shipyard maintenance experience.
• Experience with various Test Equipment.
• Experience with Cable Parts (Connectors, Backshells, and pins).
