Description:Dedicated to the negotiation and administration of task orders under a large IDIQ prime contract. Tasks include the administration of task order proposal requests, issuance of proposals, support to negotiations, and administration of resulting task orders including contract close-out processing. Internally interfacing with program and contracts management personnel, externally interfaced with the customer. Data entry into a contract management system and creation of written communications with the customer.
Basic Qualifications:
Professional experience in business administration and management of complex business relationships. Customer interface experience at the business to business level or direct experience working on Federal contracts issued by the US Government.
Desired Skills:
Experience with prime contracts issued by the US Government in support of the Department of Defense. Management of US Government Contracts at a subcontractor level and administration of Contracts that are regulated by the FAR or DFARS. Understanding of the FAR and DFARS and cost type contracting principles. Experience as a negotiator, or in direct support of complex negotiations
