GDIT is currently looking for a Program Analyst to join our team to support the Naval Medical Research Unit at Ft. Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas.
Develops and supports acquisition/contract requirements for Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRU-SA) medical research mission in support of Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) and Department of the Navy overall missions
Research/determine status of invoice payments and contract close out for Command/HQs
Process vendor payment invoices for COR and government Financial Analyst review
Review/analyzed Purchase Requests/Orders for procurement/financial accuracy
Review and edit contract package requirement templates doc�uments for command rqmnt pkgs
Utilize DoD acquisitions/procurement/financial database systems (e.g., Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), Invoice Receipt Acceptance & Property Transfer (iRAPT), and Funds Administration & Standardized, Document Automation System (FASTDATA), and Electronic Document Access (EDA), and Standardized Accounting & Reporting System-Field Level (STARS-FL))
Prepare/Review Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statement (PWS), and other documents relating to contract requirement preparation
Prepare Sole Source, Justification & Approval, Market Research Memorandum, and Independent Government Estimate (IGCE) acquisitions documents for equipment, materiel, maintenance, and service contracts
Perform contract data analysis to determine accurate/appropriate funding commitments/obligations levels
Provide customers with guidance regarding contract types and contract requirement composition
Review, Prepare, and Analyze Department of the Navy and Department of Defense Support Agreements
Provide support/assistance and preparation for audits, inspections, and other reviews from internal and external sources
Conduct training as required to end users regarding preparing and developing contract package requirement for submission to NAMRU-SA Acquisition Directorate and contracting activities/offices
Manage all electronic and hard copy acquisitions and contract documents files
Review/analyze all post-award and options period contracts to ensure accuracy
5-8 years of related administrative experience.

Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
