Raytheon has an immediate and excellent opportunity for a leadership position in the IDIQ Service Center (SC). The team is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our Business Operations Finance team reporting to the IDIQ SC Director.
This position requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with the IDIQ SC Director, Program Managers, Contracts, and Supply Chain, as well as Raytheon Businesses to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives. The Finance Manager is a strategic partner to various functional teams and works in collaboration on successful financial reporting and IDIQ SC rate planning.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead the Finance team in consolidating, analyzing and providing financial metrics (bookings, sales, profit, and performance base cost) across IDIQ SC tasks both Domestic and International
  • Manage the IDIQ SC expense budget and development of the 5 year IDIQ SC forecasting rate
  • Provide maintenance of the IDIQ SC process and Disclosure Statement and updates to the Corporate Home Office Allocations
  • Lead in consolidating, analyzing and providing financial metrics (bookings, sales, profit and performance base cost) across IDIQ SC tasks both Domestic and International
  • Ensures adequate financial controls that provide a balance between IDIQ SC goals and operation’s goals
  • Responsible for preparing and presenting finance charts for monthly Program Management Operating Reviews
  • Gatekeeper of the IDIQ SC Allocation process and IDIQ SC rate calculation and Disclosure Statement
  • Oversight of multiple IDIQs, tasks, and high volume of project definitions
  • Development of the AOP IDIQ SC expenses and five year IDIQ SC forecasting rates
  • Provide updates to Corporate Home Office Allocations, Spring and Fall Brochure
  • Track FPRR/FPRA, Adequacy Compliance Status
  • Collect and analyze AOP Plans from Performers on IDIQ SC tasks/project definitions and in turn develop the performance base plans
  • Reconciliation of Cost Center at year end to liquidate IDIQ SC expenses for submission to Government Accounting
  • Determine and approve requests to upload/change IDIQ SC rates in APEX
  • Update monthly sales data by task and IDIQ to the IDIQ SC Program Managers for backlog and forecasting insight
  • Provide monthly IDIQ SC expense plan to Corporate BD Finance
  • Audit Enterprise Raytheon Pipeline Manager (ERPM) for booking data integrity and accuracy
  • Monitor cost report updates which are used for Customer/CDRL requirements on the ATSP IDIQ
  • Ensure compliance to CAP process and reporting
  • Provides variance analysis and month/year-end close reporting and monitoring
  • Manage two direct reports and responsible for direct reports’ performance by providing guidance regarding career development plans

  • Excellent written and communication skills including demonstrated ability to succinctly present complex information to all levels of management and external parties such as audit agencies (DCAA/DCMA)
  • Understanding of Raytheon financial metrics and accounting policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP accounting system tools (APEX/BW)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Active Secret Clearance
