Job Description:


The Executive Assistant serves as an integral member of the SCS / TSIS Contracts team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of SCS Contracts and the Sr. Manager of TSIS Contracts. Will be expected to demonstrate strong integrity, judgment, organization and discretion as a member of the SCS Contracts team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Function as a member of the SCS Contracts and TSIS Contracts Team (LT), attending staff meetings and other meetings as required; recording and distributing actions post meetings
  • Manage calendars and e-mail for TSIS Sr. Contracts Manager; provide direct support to Sr. Director, SCS Contracts as needed
  • Manage phones
  • Creates and/or edits presentations, reports, correspondence and memorandums, utilizing Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Order supplies as needed
  • Make necessary travel arrangements and process Expense Reports in a timely manner
  • Coordinate visit requests
  • Arrange conference rooms, catering, and off-site venues
  • Oversee, coordinate and/or initiate , new-hire on-boarding and employee status changes Create and maintain organizational charts
  • Arrange and coordinate events
  • Ensure training and other deadlines are met
  • Manage action items from IDS and SCS Leadership
  • Utilize ICMS for Contract Management actions and reporting requirements
  • Provide coverage as needed for SCS Contracts Executive Admin

Required Skills:

  • Six (6) years of experience supporting leaders
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products
  • Proficient in the use of Outlook
  • Exceptional phone skills including use of phone system, phone etiquette, clear message taking
  • Able to effectively use and manage RShare
  • Applied work experience interfacing with a variety of departments and staff (e.g. Security, HR, etc…)
  • Ability to arrange meetings and visit requests using Raytheon tools
  • Security Clearance: Willing and able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

Required Education (including Major):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
