The Principal Finance Analyst will support the GDIT Defense Division FP&A team with financial reporting & analysis, month-end financial close, budgeting and forecasting, business analysis, and integration of legacy CSRA and legacy GDIT financial results & systems. Responsibilities include:

  • Consolidation and presentation of Defense-Division monthly financial results
  • Performance reporting and analysis to Defense Division Senior Management, Finance Team, and Sector Operations.
  • Accurate and timely submittal of monthly close deliverables to GDIT Financial Planning
  • Assist in preparation of high quality forecasts and strategic plan
  • Integration of legacy CSRA and legacy GDIT financials, reports, and financial systems
  • Process improvement and thought leadership, including financial guidance, process innovation, and development of financial best practices
  • Other ad hoc financial reporting and analysis, and support to Sector Finance and Defense Senior Management as required

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Oracle Financials and Hyperion Planning preferred
