As an Engineer I, you will use your technical knowledge and leadership skills to assist with the successful completion of a well’s stimulation treatment. Your wellsite duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring changing well conditions, fluid system properties and proppant concentration and amount. Keeping an inventory of and ordering chemicals and proppants, generating invoices, customer care, and communication from wellsite to office.
Review procedure and bid ticket prior to job under supervision.
Coordinate with proppant and chemical departments for pre-job set up under supervision.
Review proppant and chemicals brought to location prior to job.
Monitor the well, fluid system and proppant during a fracturing treatment.
Keep close inventory on chemicals and proppant on the wellsite to keep the site operational.
Send daily reports from the wellsite to the office
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
A basic understanding of hydraulics, mechanical power, and chemistry.
Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office applications, Excel, MS Word, etc...
Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Multitasking, interpersonal communication and attention to detail are all required skills
Required Experience and Education
1 or more years of experience as a field engineer for well stimulation.
A Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Required Travel: 75% - 100%
