In order to support Raytheon's Supply Chain expenses in excess of $7 billion annually, there is a need for highly motivated SCM professionals who are capable of managing complex internal and external relationships in support of cutting-edge technologies, products and programs. Raytheon IDS Integrated Supply Chain is seeking highly motivated new college graduate candidates who are interested in this hands-on experience working in a fast paced, dynamic, team environment. This position provides an excellent introduction to the broad spectrum of our key roles in Global Supply Chain including but not limited to material program management, global sourcing, procurement, and or proposal support.

This role will serve as the liaison between Supply Chain and the program IPT to support the creation, management, and execution of material program strategy (MPS) and the material program plan (MPP) to ensure program competitiveness and performance from the front end of the business through contract closure.

Some of the potential responsibilities include:
  • Six Sigma training and qualification
  • Financial management (i.e. EV, budgets, targets, working capital, material forecasts)
  • Ownership of the supplier management process (i.e. Supplier Risk/Opportunity Management Plan, supplier performance, metrics, international issues)
  • Communication of customer flow-through requirements (i.e FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty)
  • Establish collaborative working relationships with suppliers
  • Provide insight and recommendations for process improvements
  • Learn and use Raytheon’s supply chain tools, resources and processes

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

  • Candidates must graduated with either an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Management or a related field

  • A basic understanding of supply chain needed
  • Strong computer skills preferably with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking while keeping attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work on teams
