GDIT has an immediate need for a Quality Assurance Manager to support the development, enhancement, deployment and on-going administration of Quality guides and materials that Quality Analysts and Operations personnel will use to administer a Quality Program. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Quality Standards
  • Quality Plan
  • Quality Organizational Structure
  • Standard Operating Procedures
  • Quality Training
  • Quality Scorecard
  • Quality Monitoring Tool
  • Quality Reporting
  • Calibration Process

We can only accept US citizens and or Green Card Holders.  The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years and not have left the country for longer than 180 cumulative days.


In order to be successful, the Quality Assurance Manager must be able to:

  • 8-10 years of related quality assurance experience, including supervisory experience
  • Develop and implement programs to ensure that all products and services meet company and customer standards
  • Evaluate tools that can improve the quality program, supporting the enhancement of these tools
  • Ensure adequate review of changes to operations, quality tools, or the quality program prior to implementation
  • Administer problem management process including monitoring and reporting on problem resolution, including performing basic quality analytics
  • Work closely with customers, managers and technical staff to assure adherence to quality standards
  • Understand and interpret program and company requirements
  • Participate in special projects as required
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • Understanding of service center tools such as Genesys or Avaya is preferred

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
