The Integration and Verification Center (IVC) and Advanced Test Systems Engineering Center (ATSEC) is seeking an individual for an Engineering Technical Support role. The IVC and ATSEC organizations are made up of approximately 1000 engineers, supporting numerous programs across Raytheon Missile Systems. To support these engineers and to operate IVC & ATSEC effectively, there are several administrative and strategic responsibilities that are filled by the Engineering Technical Support. These tasks support include, Hiring, Manpower Planning and Forecasting, Metrics Collection and Analysis, and Directorate Communication, to include a directorate newsletter, webpage and SharePoint, and periodic directorate wide communications. The individual in this role will work closely with the IVC & ATSEC Leadership Teams in support of the tasks listed above as well as other strategic projects across IVC, ATSEC, and Engineering.

The Engineering Technical Support will successfully manage the following responsibilities for IVC & ATSEC:

  • Manpower Planning: Conduct weekly meetings with the Leadership Teams to determine manpower needs, how to meet these needs and develop forecasts based on these needs, determine directorate goals and tracking metrics
  • Hiring: Work with the Raytheon Talent Acquisition and individual Leadership Teams to generate requisitions, coordinate resume reviews, track progress of candidate review, coordinate hiring events, reconcile offers with other organizations, and track candidates through the hiring process
  • Metric Collection and Analysis: Collect monthly metrics and analyze data, determine which metrics IVC & ATSEC should collect, report IVC & ATSEC metrics monthly
  • Communication: Coordinate updates to IVC & ATSEC newsletter, IVC & ATSEC SharePoint/webpage, and periodic directorate wide messaging
  • Retention: Coordinate talent councils and morale events with IVC & ATSEC Leadership Teams to promote retention efforts
  • Learning: Coordinate bootcamp training, brown bags, knowledge transfer, and R6s training with IVC & ATSEC Leadership Teams
  • Strategy and Goals: Support IVC & ATSEC Leadership Teams development of roadmaps and goals, measuring progress to goals, and tracking IRAD projects
  • Meeting and Presentation Support: Support IVC & ATSEC Leadership Teams by generating presentations to support Directorate communications
Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the following areas: Business, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Engineering, or other technical discipline
  • Six (6) years of professional experience in Manpower Planning, Project Management, or Operation Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
