Job Description
- New opportunity in Oak Ridge Tennessee under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), providing Tier II support for the VA Community Care.
- Qualified candidates will join the VA Community Care team supporting the VA Community care Viewer.
- This is a call center environment requiring professional level customer service.
- This is a shift work position and the successful candidate must be flexible in days and hours worked.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- The applicant must have a High school education or equivalent and 1+ years working on a Help Desk or in a technical support position such as a System Administrator.
- Server processes and network operations experience is preferred.
- Applicant must possess strong oral/written communication, organizational, decision-making, excellent customer service, and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Applicant must be customer focused, detail oriented, a problem solver and able to prioritize work.
- Applicant must be comfortable in a team-oriented call center environment and be internally motivated.
- Applicant must have or be able to obtain VA ADP Sensitivity Level I Security Clearances.

Preferred Qualifications:
- The ideal applicant has Knowledge and recent experience with Security Authentication Tokens, Windows 7, Windows 2008 Server, Microsoft Forefront Identity Management, and familiarity with Microsoft SQL is a plus.
- Network Administration and/or Desktop support experience is also highly desirable.
- User experience with Remedy ARS is also a plus.
