Seeking an experienced, service oriented Senior Site Support technician to provide VIP support to senior leaders. The position that will be responsible for direct support to the executives within government agency. This position will be responsible for providing all desktop, mobile device, application and IT services support. Knowledge of VTC, A/V support and support for IT operations required by key leaders will be high priority duties. This position will interface daily with the senior leadership of an organization and requires a courteous demeanor and professional appearance at all times.


- Provide professional and prompt responses to users for problem resolution that meet or exceed the customer requirements
- Must correspond professionally and promptly with co-workers and supervisors, in person, verbally and in writing
- Will be available to work a flexible schedule or travel occasionally, depending upon the needs of the customer
- May be required to provide support after normal duty hours
- Must understand the business of the organization and translate business needs to technical requirements
- Work across technical teams to provide exceptional IT support
- Provide Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop support
- Provide support for video conferences and all audio/video hardware or services
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain all PCs, software, peripherals and mobile devices
- May be required to provide support prior to or after normal duty hours
- Will be required to provide support to senior leadership on an on-call basis



- AA Degree in related discipline and six (6) years related experience; OR, High School and seven (7) years related experience with relavent certification.


- Must be a US Citizen and possess a US “Public Trust” clearance, or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

- Microsoft Active Directory User Administration

- Adobe Creative Cloud

- Strong technical and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and document work within IT SMS
- Must be decisive, conscientious and interface effectively with high-ranking personnel, teammates, and supervisors
- Must be able to work effectively while under stress within a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED and 7+ years of technical experience. Associates Degree and 6 year of related experience preferred.

- CompTIA Security+ or A+ Certification or equivalent
