The Corporate IT Service Delivery Co-op will be working as part of the Corporate Service Delivery function within Information Technology’s End-User Services. They will be focused on increasing user productivity and enhancing their experience.

Selected candidate must be available to work full time from January through June 2019 in Billerica, MA.

Key Responsibilities Include:

The successful candidate will analyze and sustain operational processes and recommend improvements in the following areas:

  • Manage end user issues from initial escalation to resolution
  • Take proactive measures to mitigate end user downtime
  • Partner with our IT service supplier on the Corporate PC Program
  • Deliver IT services to end users by leveraging vendor relationships
  • Incident and service request analysis / resolution
  • Support other activities and projects as directed by management

  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • Knowledge and experience with IT project management processes
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office products, heavy focus on Excel & PowerPoint

  • Database knowledge
  • Experience presenting results to management and stakeholders

Required Education:

Candidate must be in/entering their sophomore, junior or senior of an undergraduate degree program and actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
