General Description:  Provides technical support to the Marine Corps' Force Protection Integration Division (FPID), Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Branch

Specific Duties:  Provides program and technical support to Integrated Air and Missile Defense Branch's C-UAS Capabilities Integration Officer for the development of C-UAS capabilities documents and remediation of Joint Urgent Operational Need Statement (JUONS) transition support packages.

  • Perform a variety of high level administrative and analytical tasks associated with JUONS and JCIDS documentation for C-UAS systems
  • Support the Capabilities Integration Officer (CIO) with preparation and staffing of documents such as Information Papers, White Papers, and stakeholder briefs
  • Provide technical analysis of proposed C-UAS systems and review doctrine for new C-UAS concepts and capabilities
  • Work with stakeholders to solve capability issues and gaps by supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPT)
  • Respond to taskers and track document routing and related actions
  • Create a C-UAS library that:
    • Maintains C-UAS documents on customer’s SharePoint site
    • Supports C-UAS calendar of events
    • Maintains a comprehensive C-UAS Points of Contact List
    • Depicts organizational relationship charts
  • Coordinate meetings and track subsequent action items

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years experience
  • Knowledge and experience with DOTMLPF analysis, JCIDS capabilities documentation development, Universal Needs and Urgent Universal Needs (UNS/UUNS) statements
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Background in Marine Corps operations, to include MAGTF operations, staff integration; experience with capabilities development is desirable
  • Former Action Officer at MCCDC or Service headquarters with knowledge of Marine Corps operations and staffing processes is a definite plus
  • Ability to support CIO with travel to conferences and test events
  • 4-5 travel days per month are required for this role
