Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission Senior Network Deployment Engineer, in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

The IMS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customer’s success is driving our growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Configuration and installation of remote customer networks
  • Site surveys
  • Gathering customer requirements
  • Placing circuit orders
  • Interfacing with the customer throughout the deployment process
  • Create and implement router and switch Configurations
  • Create and maintain Visio network diagrams
  • Provide recommendations to enhance and improve the network and performance
  • Provide system wide engineering support for network conflicts, troubleshooting, and resolution

Position requirements:

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in (Computer Science, Math or Engineering) or equivalent and 5-7 years of experience
    DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+CE or equivalent) required
  • Strong network and CISCO background
  • Cisco CCNA and/or CCNP preferred
  • Experience with Customers Systems a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP a plus
  • Must be willing to travel within the U.S. up to 50% and requires infrequent 5-10% OCONUS travel
  • Valid US Passport and Driver's License required

US Citizenship and active TS clearance required and ability to obtain SCI
