At this level, the position is typically responsible for managing multiple projects and tasks and supervising more than 25 employees ' both exempt and non-exempt and including two or more subordinate supervisors and managers. Technical difficulty/complexity of assigned tasks/projects may also affect level selection.
Position is in N. Charleston, SC.
Secret Clearance is required.
Manage personnel in executing responsibilities associated with Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Test and Evaluation, Integrated Logistic Support (ILS). Specific areas include:
Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Lab,
Environmental Lab, Poseidon Park Test Facility (PPTF),
Integrated Logistic Support (ILS).
Represent customer requirements with government organizations to include, but not limited to:
NAVSEA (SEA05H) and Field Activities
NAVAIR AEMSICAP 4.1.13
SPAWAR E3 IPT and Service Centers
NETC HQ Dahlgren and LCs (CSCS Norfolk/IWTC Pensacola)
Represent customer requirements at conferences, seminars, and working group meetings. Travel may include, but not limited to:
Joint Spectrum Center J5 Training Working Group Meeting (Various Locations, Nationwide)
US PACOM Spectrum Conference (Honolulu, Hawaii)
DoD E3 Program Review Meeting (Various Locations, Nationwide)
USN/USMC Spectrum Management Conference (San Diego, CA)
E3 Program Review Meetings (Washington Navy Yard, District of Columbia)
Training Program Management Reviews (SPAWAR LANT Charleston, SC)
Candidate will perform Action Officer requirements associated with the Human Analysis Requirements and Planning System (HARPS) to manage and maintain the E3/SM Navy Training System Plan (NTSP) in coordination with:
Coordinate and manage customer reports to include, but not limited to:
Weekly Activity Report (WAR)
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Report
Fleet Training Management Planning System (FLTTMPS) Report
Manage, supervise and train junior personnel.
Execute company policies, instructions and work procedures necessary to accomplish GDIT mission requirements.
10-12 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

1. Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
