ManTech Mission Solutions & Services Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide principal administrative support to the group Executive Vice President of Operations for the Mission Solutions and Services Group. Duties are highly confidential and require broad and comprehensive knowledge of the organization's policies and operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent college graduate with outstanding GPA and business study background. ManTech is seeking a self-starter, eager to learn and apply their past experiences and education in an organization committed to success. Candidate must have a desire to perform administrative duties with capability for growth into data analysis and business acumen.
Perform duties and responsibilities such as, but not limited to:
Basic administrative duties to include copying, scanning, editing
Prepares daily meeting schedule, agenda, meeting materials and ensures meetings are progressing according to schedule. Captures meeting minutes and follows up on meeting action items.
Anticipates, revises and sends correspondence, as needed.
Coordinate travel and process expense reports; coordinates calendars
Organizes, reviews/analyses and prepares reports/presentations.
Organizes, prioritizes and summarizes the content of incoming materials, specially gathered information, special requests and meetings
Deliver business analytics: analyze and create presentations based on data provided by Business Units leads, finance, HR, Contracts, Business Development, Capture Management, etc
Creates, maintains, updates and reconciles spreadsheets to support reporting and analysis for executive management
Prepare advance materials for meetings as required
Attend meetings as requested, and if needed, take notes and provide written report and follow up action items
Position may access numerous systems with requirement to run reports as required
2-4 years with administrative duties required with hands-on experience using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be detail-oriented with ability to establish priorities, create strong relationships, and be a proactive self-starter. Candidate must have strong written and oral communications skills.
