Roles and Responsibilities include processing Program Access Requests (PARs), maintain personnel security records, maintain document control inventories, conduct periodic checks of containers/areas, process visit requests, conduct annual self-inspections and develop/update processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interface with government customers and employees at all levels. The candidate should be effective at organizing and prioritizing customer/management requests within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Organizational skills to include attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task are a high priority. Strong communications skills are expected, to include: excellent writing, speaking, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills. Must be a self-starter and capable of working with a limited level of supervision and guidance, be committed to continuous learning and professional development, and work well as a member of cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

  • Current Top Secret/SSBI within 6 years
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working in a Special Programs environment
  • Working knowledge of the NISPOM and DoDM 5205.07 Vol. 1 – 4
  • Experience with JPAS, Access Commander and Security Clearance Tracking Database
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives
  • Familiar with e-Qip and SF86 documents
  • Ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
