With the growth of Space Systems and non-space work, the Circuit Card Assembly Factory needs an entry-level candidate that can track, status, and establish a cadence of incoming and outgoing hardware throughout the factory. The selected candidate will become an integral member of the Factory’s leadership team in supporting the multiple existing programs and the potential growth in new program awards. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Reviews incoming hardware to determine if the hardware is acceptable which includes proper paperwork, clear understanding of work being performed, and acceptable lead time or delivery date.
Works with internal customers and communicates current status, issues and delivery date.
Supports and work with multiple Operation Program Managers in establishing workflow, schedules, priorities, and skill set matrix.
Supports factory floor and lab support with min/max inventory and consumables
Supports factory with lab self-assessments, internal and external audits, calibration and shelf life inventory checks.
Ensures that people entering the factory have required certifications and if required escorts visitors.
Supports lab in miscellaneous duties and tasks.

Experience developing and delivering presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
Experience working in teams work
Experience with project management
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Project
Experience in Prisim, Visiprise Management, or other Shop Floor Tools
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
