Job Description: The Supply Chain Management organization has an immediate opening in Compliance and Governance for a Property Auditor. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include performing internal property assessments from Acquisition through Contract Closure to ensure Government and customer property is in compliance with applicable regulations, standards and Raytheon Directives; assisting offsite personnel in conducting assessments; and initiating and managing corrective actions through closure. This position requires the individual to work independently, as well as in a team environment and to work with diverse levels of internal/external customers and Government personnel. A secret clearance, knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and analytical skills are required.
The tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting entrance conferences
  • Work paper development, completion and retention
  • Analyzing and organizing data
  • Conducting exit conferences and writing final reports
  • Coordinating assessments at other RMS sites
  • Identifying significant system and process issues
  • Initiating corrective actions and tracking through closure, while providing guidance in the corrective action process

Required Skills:
  • US citizenship is required
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
  • Bachelors Degree
