Business Analyst/Tester (Job Number:441360)
The O&M Business Analyst/Tester will work with the customers and the O&M team to analyze production support tickets and document the root cause, impact and resolution.
- Conduct requirements traceability to determine if the problem is a defect or requires a change request.
- Supports test activities to recreate the issue and to validate the fix.
- Participate in eliciting and documenting requirements for software development efforts.
Bachelors and five (5) years' related experience. Four additional years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
5 years experience eliciting and writing requirements in user story format
5 years experience performing test activities including writing and executing test scripts and writing test reports
5 years experience working on a team that practiced Agile Scrum and or Kanban.
Experience using tools that support requirements management and testing (e.g., Cucumber, Jira, Confluence, Selenium, HP ALM)
Recent experience as an Agile or SAFe Scrum Master.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Must be able to obtain an HHS Public Trust Clearance.
