Come join our growing team! ManTech is seeking a dynamic and organized technical Program Manager to develop and cultivate ManTech’s technical and administrative staff on a challenging program supporting the nation’s most critical information systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, the Program Manager will:
Work closely with the customer, technical leads, and technical program staff to meet contract and program staffing and performance needs.
Be responsible as a primary point of contact with the customer for all matters regarding the program.
Be responsible for service delivery of complex technology operations and maintenance efforts across multiple critical government systems.
Formulate and enforce work and quality standards.
Review work in progress.
Manage timely delivery of information and products requested by the customer, both scheduled and ad- hoc.
Deliver progress and status reports.
Ensure that the IT operations adheres to applicable security policies and procedures.
Take responsibility for and coordinate issue resolution.
Coordinate on-site operational services.
Act as the resource manager for a technical staff (both ManTech employees and subcontractors).
Be responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of program technical staff, including the management of individuals in the clearance pipeline.
Act as the primary liaison with ManTech’s recruiting team to identify, screen, interview, and hire technical staff in support of the program.
Provide direct performance management and oversight of program technical staff, to include coaching and employee development and regular reviews.
Provide oversight and approval of employee time reporting and charging, and ensure compliance with ManTech time reporting policies.
Provide direct support to the Program Manager for program reporting, deliverables, and staff management.
