Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented SharePoint Analyst to join our team in the Reston VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform as the primary liaison between Product Owners/business stakeholders and the technical team.
Serve in a leadership capacity for development teams performing upgrades, enhancements and maintenance for the SharePoint platform and various business applications.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that electronic methodologies are effectively leveraged and utilized
Gather requirements and maintain the user story backlog based on requests for enhancements and requirements for new applications.
Facilitate testing and perform quality assurance and testing during SharePoint application upgrades and new deployments.
Assist with development of SharePoint processes and edit SharePoint content such as websites, graphics, etc
Create automated forms, such as surveys, with built-in approval/vetting process workflows
Help develop/manage internet/intranet sites
Analyze and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites, workflows and content
Design multi-media products such as logos and videos with support of CDM Comms Lead
Organize and present technical information that includes analysis of alternative ways to use SharePoint to meet CDM needs.
Gather, document, track, develop and deliver solutions to business requirements
Through SharePoint, develop, track and maintain SOP, archives, databases, for managing communications and office content
Conduct studies for process improvement and analyze data/metrics to formulate recommendations
Train those with access and “need to know” how to navigate through collaborate
Use SharePoint applications to assist with the planning, developing and implementation of employee communications content management and process improvement
Use SharePoint applications to assist in managing the intake process for employee communications materials and help ensure optimum messaging and efficient processes are developed based on business requirements
Develop SharePoint solutions for content management and process improvement. Organize and present technical information in useful formats to stakeholders.
Conduct studies to improve employee communication. Analyze data and track metrics to formulate recommendations for content management and communications. Work closely with the managing editors(s) to ensure intranet content is updated according to standards
Track the progress of several ongoing projects simultaneously for various business lines. Exercise judgement to determine priority of assignments using knowledge of organizational priorities and deadlines
At least 5 years of experience working as a business or systems analyst on IT application development projects
Minimum 5 year of experience working on SharePoint application development projects
Strong experience with SharePoint configuration / out-of-the-box development
Experience working on Agile Scrum teams
Experience with business requirements gathering, analysis and evaluation
Experience translating high level business requirements into user stories
Experience working with developers during systems design and development activities
Experience developing test cases and performing system testing for SharePoint or web based applications
Strong oral and written communication skills and a proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Experience with system integration SharePoint, Service Now
