Interest in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Technology, Human Factors Engineering, Marine Engineering, International Maritime Business, Environmental Health and Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering field?
Do you have these Desired Qualifications?
·GPA of 3.0 or higher
·Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, parts lists, mechanical drawings
·Competency in MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint
·Experience with various engineering software applications
·Must have the capability to travel among local Raytheon facilities and to travel on business
·Prepare presentations and brief personnel
·Possess previous internship or co-op with a defense contractor and/or government agency
·Communicate effectively; both oral and written
·Ability to influence product design to optimize product supportability
·Familiarity with associated Military and Commercial supportability Standards and Practices
·Review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standards.
·Identify concerns, suggest solutions, and follow through to closure
·Use database applications.
·Prior military service operating and/or maintaining various defense systems

The Whole Life Engineering Directorate (WLED) is made up of several disciplines whose main objective is to influence hardware and systems early in their life cycle to assure effective operation, reliability, maintainability and economical ownership by the customer and end user. Additionally, WLED is responsible for providing both local and field level support for globally fielded systems.
Specific WLED disciplines include cost analysis and estimating, reliability and maintainability analysis and assessments, integrated logistics, systems safety engineering, software safety engineering, human factors engineering, risk and opportunity management, field logistics and operations, technical publications and training, and supply support.
