The role of the Manager II will be responsible for the financial and business activities for the NASAMS and HAWK portfolio of Programs within the Patriot Integrated Air Defense Business Program office Finance Team.
The successful individual will require excellent communication skills (written and oral) to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal dissemination across varying levels of management.
Provide leadership role will have a support finance team to meet the Program requirements for financial data and prepare and deliver Finance CDRL’s to the USG. In addition leadership will be required to provide training, career development and guidance to the finance team.
Responsibilities include Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation, i.e., baseline generation, maintenance, variance analysis, and reviewing/approving the financial data. Developing Estimates at Completion (EAC) and deliver presentations to Program Managers and the Business Area Director. Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly FP&A forecasting (AOP) and partner with the Program teams to develop the 5 year Plan. Support bid and proposal efforts including definitization of any undefinitized contract actions. This role will provide opportunity to interface with the international offset Finance team and partner with the Business Development leads for new awards. Travel to International locations on occasions and to Huntsville may be required for customer Program reviews and internal execution Program status meetings.
