The Lead Process Manager is a team member of Strategy and Regulation Shared Service delivering Process Improvement and Project Management across jurisdictions, and, including Planning, Automation and Analytics. While this position will primarily focus on continuous improvement initiatives, successful candidate must have large scale projects management skills enabling the individual to serve as back up to a rate PM and, if needed, assume the role of Rate Case PM.
Candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen and experience drafting and translating KPI’s. Experience in identifying, facilitating and coaching the successful delivery of performance gap closing projects and/or stretch targets; projects delivered on time achieving programmatic and financial targets. Must be results driven.
Proven advanced skills in lean and six sigma tools. Candidate offers a track record of successfully teaching and coaching the application of tools along with the ability to draft training materials and lead sessions. Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Candidate thrives in a fast pace, results driven organization.
Experienced in the cadence of KPI, metrics and gap closure performance projects.
Can teach others and lead step change projects that are sustained by using PEx System and behaviors to deliver objectives (metrics) and cultural shift. Advanced understanding and successful application of Six Sigma and Lean Tools to ensure analyst and managers achieve skill level performance.
Augment Team HUB performance to ensure People/Performance/Continuous Improvement is maximized to deliver work production on time, meeting quality standards within budget constraints. As an active coach within HUB regularly identify opportunities to save time, balance workloads, surface 3C and cross functional improvement projects to fix root case. Systems savvy required (e.g. SAP, ORACLE….)
Equally skilled at leading improvement project and playing a support role to business lead. Strong communication and presentation skills required for all band levels.
Current on applications to advance tools Visio, Microsoft Project Management…..
Demonstrate skills to plan and proactively manage cross functional projects varying in size and complexity.
Deliver process improvements within our end-to-end processes and transformational initiatives and support the overall Performance Excellence Strategy and the attainment of corporate and financial goals and requirements.
Requires a BA or BS degree or higher in an engineering, finance, business, or technical discipline from an accredited college or university. MBA plus
7+Years Job Related Equivalent Experience in business process improvement.
Six Sigma and / or LEAN training at advanced level.
Travel (If Applicable):
· 25% Travel is required for this position within the State of Mass, NY and RI.
