Job Description
Raytheon IIS is seeking an Administrator II specialist to support a proprietary customer program. The position is responsible for providing a wide range of services including, but not limited to, program office support, frequent interaction and direct servicing of external customers, management of laboratory and office consumables, and administrative tasking. The position requires frequent direct interaction with customers, providing a positive approach that results in the delivery of prompt and effective customer service. This position is the focal point for ad-hoc tasking and responsibilities are constantly dynamic.

Required

  • TS/SCI security clearance with willingness to take/pass polygraph.
  • Experience working within a large office environment providing program, data management, and organizational support.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, executing tasking independently while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and ensuring timely completion to all requests.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite to produce reports, charts, and procedural documents.
  • Must be detailed oriented with the proven ability to organize and prioritize tasking.
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, including experience working in a dynamic environment.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Desired
  • TS/SCI clearance with existing polygraph.
  • Experience in Data and Configuration Management roles to include archive experience for program CDRLs, technical data, drawings, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint.
  • Prefer candidate with knowledge of Raytheon Policies and Procedures.
  • Prefer candidate with knowledge of US Government Policies and Procedures.

Required Education:
HS diploma and a minimum of four (6) years of relevant experience. Secondary education considered in lieu of experience.
