NOTE: This is a temporary position scheduled to run through 30 April 2019.
Works within a team responsible for implementing the entire constructive simulation wrap-around for Brigade level, Force on Force exercises
Coordinates with the rotational unit to develop and implement the network architecture to support the transfer of data and stimulation of Mission Command Systems to support Brigade level training objectives
Active participant in exercise planning workshops to assist in the development of Live, Virtual, and Constructive simulations data to meet the rotational unit training objectives and scenario requirements
Responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive test procedures to ensure networks and system integration efforts are 100% operational for each training exercise. Present test results to the customer and user community.
Report test results to management, customer test representatives, and engineering teams including outcomes and recommendations
Develop and execute on-the-job training for all program position to qualify staff and maintain operational proficiency
Conduct resource planning including material and labor to support contract actions and operations
Required Skills / Basic Qualifications:
Eight (8) years of related experience in the Development and or use of DoD live, virtual, and constructive simulations.
Must have developed and implemented simulation test plans identifying conditions, improvements, and a way ahead.
Must already hold an active US DoD Secret clearance (US Citizenship is required).
Experience /expertise in military training management and Combat Training Center (CTC) is a plus
Experience with Military Operations Analysis
Experience teaching, coaching, training, and mentoring
An understanding of government contract requirements
An understanding of Military Staff operations within the Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environment
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
