This position is responsible for the performing of Master Scheduling tasks in the support of an Integrated Product Team. This position will be located at the North Building, Richardson Texas and is responsible for Master Scheduling that supports Program areas in ISRS.

Major responsibilities include tasks of day to day; PRISM functions, assess supply resources, aggregate and prioritize demand profile requirements, plan inventory, distribution requirements, material for all products and all activities impacting hardware build and VM & shop floor coordination. Other tasks may include assessing rough cut capacity for current and short term manufacturing, participate in resource planning and end of life management & product line management. This role will work closely with the Integrated Planning function to level load all demand requirements, execute Rapid Response simulations and develop IT solutions to streamline demand planning. In this role the creation & use of metrics will be key to maintain system health and drive the level of performance that will support customer expectations.

This job requires clear and effective communication skills that will be utilized to provide daily briefings and reporting pertaining to operations. This position requires a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives in a demanding environment. The ability to interface with all levels of management in an IPT environment is essential to perform in this job. This individual will also be expected to promote Raytheon’s keys values, facilitate problem resolution and apply Raytheon Six Sigma.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations Production/Inventory Control/Supply Chain and material management policies and processes.
  • The ability to interface with multiple levels of management in an IPT environment with effective communication skills.
  • The ability to interact with internal and external customers with respect to product/material planning, problem resolution and process improvement
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and lotus notes.
  • Demonstrated expert level execution in PRISM, VM, iMRO, APEX, SAP & Rapid Response.
  • Enable the maintenance of BOMs and Master Schedules in the support of successful quarterly MMAS audits.
  • Must be a self starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives in a demanding environment using Raytheon’s key values.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Business, Inventory Control, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain and or related degree. Master’s Degree preferred.
