Raytheon IDS Woburn, MA Security - Industrial Security Manager
This Program Security Manager position will support radar development programs and contractor logistics support under the Missile Defense Programs at the Woburn facility. This position will report in to the Mission Systems and Sensors (MSS) Security Manager. Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Long-term planning for meeting Program security requirements consistent with the requirements of the NISPOM, and various government directives as specified in the DD254.
Resolving program-level security issues directly with the government customer, subcontractors, Raytheon teammates, and internal program personnel.
Occasional assistance of routine NISPOM-related matters at other locations to ensure consistency and compliance.
Researching contractual (SOW, CDRL, etc) documents, internal directives, and the NISPOM for security applicability and impact analysis.
Elevating classification issues to local subject matter experts and customer.
Tracking, reporting, and analyzing security violations and trends.
Preparing Technology Control Plans for the effective control of Foreign Person representatives.
Establishing security protection procedures for Company property and personnel assigned overseas
Conducting administrative inquiries and investigation when needed.
Administering training to program personnel.
Assisting in the planning and coordination of classified Information Systems.
Providing security support, including security plan preparation and execution for off-site activities.
Helping locations with DSS preparation or audit finding resolutions.
Visiting subcontractors and other locations.
Collecting and analyzing data as requested by Leadership Team.
Conducting briefings to varied audience size and organizational levels.
This position requires an active U.S. Security Clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
4-6 years experience working in Industrial Security
Excellent understanding of the NISPOM/NISPOM SUPP and DD254 implications.
Ability to understand and brief key points from Program SCGs
Experience in writing and developing operational plans and directives
Possess an existing Secret Clearance
Familiarity with ITAR.
Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
Self-motivated, with ability to make independent decisions
Strong communication and writing skill
Experience with COMSEC Operations and OPSEC requirements
Prior experience in Government or Defense Contractor related security field.
Project Management skills.
Strong verbal and communications skills.
Self motivated results based performer.
Effective multitasking skills.
Ability to solve routine challenges.
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Criminal Justice, Management, or similar curriculum. In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience may be accepted, based on hiring manager’s discretion.
