Manages processes, and information relative to site Quality for the construction and integration of the Qatar Early Warning Radar. Manages Mission Assurance, ensuring compliance to all requirements, from onset of construction through delivery/sale in order to meet all customer requirements. Identifies Mission Assurance strategy and execution tactics in partnership with an owner’s agent and the prime construction contractor. Orchestrates resolution and adjudication of any Quality related issues driving root cause and corrective action where appropriate while also orchestrating compliance to the subcontract for all technical and process requirements. This in country lead will report directly to the site manager and support facility construction and integration of the prime mission equipment. Additionally, the in country Mission Assurance Lead will participate in System Integration and Check Out (SICO) along with product sale. This manager will interface with all site personnel including the prime construction contractor, owners agent, Raytheon management team, and any all other onsite personnel as needed (USAF / DCMA).
This position is in Qatar supporting Qatar Early Warning Radar Mission Assurance Operations. This is a long term 2 year MOU administered by IAS.
This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
