SAIC is seeking a DODIN Operations Planner to work onsite with our customer at Ft. Meade.
Make recommendations andprovide guidance on organization-wide system improvements and optimization efforts in the followingspecialties:information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation;communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; and network threat analysis.
Participate in Joint Planning Groups and Operational Teams (JPG/OPT), develop and integrate Department of Defense Information Network and defensive cyberspace capabilities into plans; support action officers with planning, and remain cognizant of missions and priorities.
Assist in planning, research, and analysisof DoD cyberspace policy,analysis of cyberspace events and operations,providespecialized expertise in such areas as Cybersecurity Service Providers (CSSP), Open SourceIntelligence(OSINT) Analysis, and Vulnerability analysis.
Assist with the management of Command-level cyber inspections andvulnerabilityofcyberrequirements, conduct technical analysis and providereports on theintegration of cyber requirement, capabilities, and training.
Minimum of 3yearsin militarycyberspaceoperations and a BS orhigher degreein ITrelatedfield; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must have tactical and operational experience as a staff planner.
Experience in support of Service, COCOM or JS cyberspace operations.
Ability to develop briefing materials at the General Officer and SES level.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph
