SIGINT TRAINER/MENTOR/INTEGRATOR
The candidate shall provide services of SIGINT training simulation exercise support mentor/integrator to assess, develop and integrate selected training scenarios/vignettes for SIGINT training and training support. The candidate will use the IEWTPT SIGINT simulation and other information technology capabilities either locally or via network access. They support existing and accepted SIGINT practices and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) and support operational Doctrine and Tactics Training (DTT). The candidate will provide support to assess, develop, and integrate training scenarios/vignettes for SIGINT training and assist units as a mentor/integrator in support of training exercises. The candidate will travel to select exercise locations to support SIGINT specific exercise development and integration using the IEWTPT SIGINT simulation capabilities. The candidate will create SIGINT scenario data and vignettes to support SIGINT training at Foundry locations or Mission Training Center (MTC) locations. The candidate will create a “how to” training aid to support “train the trainer” of the SIGINT simulation as a leave behind package. The candidate will have a Secure Internet Protocol Network (SIPRNET), Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) and NSA account and work with local and unit SIGINT Subject Matter Experts (SME)s to address Commander’s training objectives using the SIGINT simulation. The candidate will work directly with the IEWTPT prime contractor (GDC4S Orlando) to support government identified priorities, ensure collaboration, and support schedule alignment. The candidate will travel to support exercise development and integration at least 2 times per month with a maximum trip length of 7 days each. And provide hands-on and over-the-shoulder training during each event and at specific training locations. The candidate will support Ad Hoc training events as schedule allows, prioritized by ICoE and Foundry leads and support and attend monthly Integrated Product Teams (IPT)s and provide After Action Reviews (AAR)s to the Technical Officer’s Representative (TOR) as applicable but not less than one time monthly.

Required Skills:

  • 8 Years’ experience participating in training design and development activities
  • B.S. /B.A. in Engineering, Science, or Math
  • The candidate must be a qualified as SIGINT senior analyst with all National Security Agency (NSA) certifications and requisite expertise in current tactical and strategic SIGINT
  • The candidate must have a background in training and training simulations
  • The candidate must Have an expert level of experience with Real Time Regional Gateway (RTRG) and the Modeling and Simulations (M&S) NTNG
  • The candidate must have a background in SIGINT M&S and the IEWTPT TCC capability
  • The candidate must have a background in SIGINT M&S and the IEWTPT TCC capability
  • The candidate must have a current TSSCI clearance
  • The candidate must be willing to accept approximately 60% travel
