Responsible for assuring timely and thorough execution of CMMI Objective Evaluations across all SAS Programs and applicable, site locations in order to identify areas of improvement for SAS organizations and programs. Responsibilities include: Interfacing, collaborating with Raytheon SAS CMMI consultant to define and develop scope of CMMI V2.0 required objective evaluations / assessments; Frequent communications (presentations, etc.) to Sr. Business Leadership on CMMI V2.0 objective evaluation / assessments status, gaps, findings, etc.; Partnering with SAS Engineering and SAS MA representative in support of EEPM Council Improvement Initiatives and development of overall SAS Business objective evaluation / assessment strategy, plan, and business instruction(s); Development of necessary objective evaluation / assessment supporting checklists; Collaborating, influencing, and training of program Mission Assurance Leaders ( MALs ) on CMMI objective evaluation / assessment scope, expectations, and overall logistics; Insuring timely completion of all scheduled CMMI V2.0 objective evaluations / assessments; Development and maintenance of SAS Business, Site, Program Area, and Program CMMI V2.0 objective evaluation plans, schedules, and supporting artifact repository; Support for mock and formal CMMI appraisals. Working knowledge and understanding of CMMI Process Model with specific training and knowledge in CMMI V2.0. Ability to work closely with and influence key CMMI stakeholders within Raytheon’s SAS Business. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
