Summary: Raytheon Secure Information Systems (SIS) produces the highest security encryption products to protect classified data and computing resources from cybersecurity attacks. With more than 100 NSA certified products, SIS solutions protect warfighter communication over land, sea, air and space.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides customers internal/external with the highest quality of service
  • Develops and implements local processes in support of customer and partner needs, utilizing data entry and administrative tools
  • Maintain incoming records through electronic media
  • Ensure document accuracy before scanning into the central database
  • Ensure all documents are received in accordance with the NISPOM standards
  • Store, manage, maintain and track all classified and sensitive documents
  • Wrap, package, receive, and dispatch documents to ensure the proper handling and dissemination for all classified materials.
  • Responsible for tracking inbound/outbound transmittals and distributions
  • Archive and/or destroy documents in accordance with NISPOM and contractual records retention standards
  • Receive and process requests for information from employees and maintain the request via Access Commander
  • Assist with training employees on records management procedures and policies which include documentation retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery as needed
  • Assist with annual audits
  • Perform monthly inspections of safe(s) and its contents
  • Perform other security tasks as needed
  • Provide back-up COMSEC support as needed
  • Assist the ISSM with admin tasks and security briefings as needed
  • Other security duties as assigned
  • May require local travel to Fullerton when needed


Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of documented qualifying experience
  • Must possess a current TS/SCI DoD security clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment, with demanding deadlines while ensuring internal/external customer needs are met
  • Demonstrated ability to cross train and work within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint


Desired qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Classified Markings and Document Control
  • Knowledge of the NISPOM or other DoD government security regulatory manual(s)
  • Knowledge of COMSEC duties and requirements preferred

Required Education:
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field and two years of related experience

Desired Education:
  • Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice or other related field of study
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment
  • DoD Certifications
