Job Description: Sr. Industrial Security Specialist who will function as the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), supporting a number of Special Access Programs (SAPs) across multiple business units within Raytheon SAS. Job responsibilities include ensuring compliance with DoDM 5205.07 and ICD 705, administering security policies and procedures, facilitating security education/training and program indoctrinations, managing SAP facility construction and accreditations, and developing written correspondence, including test plans, DD-254s, and SOPs. In addition, the candidate should have the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and work in a team environment.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Special Access Programs
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CPSO/GSSO or SSO
  • Secret clearance with an investigation current within 6 years
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DoD SAP Guidance, to include the DoDM 5205.07, Vol. 1-4 and ICD 705
  • Excellent organizational, communication (both verbal and written), and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high stress, fast paced environment
  • Willingness to cross train and work within a team
  • Experience working in a professional environment and interacting with customers and many levels
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Desired Skills:
  • Familiarization with the JSIG
  • Experience handling COMSEC
  • TS clearance with an SSBI current within 6 years
