Job Description Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for handling all employee relations matters (investigations, communications, performance development) for the Global Occupier and Asset Services groups for both property (employees who are assigned to work for client accounts) and corporate Cushman & Wakefield positions in the region.

Job Description
• Partnering with local leaders to effectively address management and employee training needs
• Investigating employee complaints
• Coaching managers and employees for dispute resolution
• Maintaining investigation files/records
• Developing onboarding protocol for new hires
• Providing oversight to acquisition process
• Reviewing and making recommendations for policy updates

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years direct employee relations experience
• 2 years HR Generalist experience with non-exempt employee population
• Reliable knowledge of State and Federal employment law
• Experience in real estate or property management industries is a plus
• HRIS systems experience (Workday)
• Excellent oral and written communication capability
• Coaching and dispute resolution skills
• Facilitation skills to execute training
• 2+ years union experience a plus
