The DCGS-A Maintenance Training Coordinator shall be a fully qualified Maintenance Trainer (qualified as a Field Service Engineer) with experience in configuring/administering and training DCGS-A FoS hardware and software in classroom and field environments.



The DCGS-A Maintenance Training Coordinator shall be experienced in the planning of complex Maintenance Training events occurring simultaneously at diverse locations worldwide.


  • Must be capable of performing analysis of system operations.
  • Must have knowledge of and experience in the utilization of operating systems and database management systems.
  • Must have experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of computer systems and individual peripheral devices.
  • Must be capable of routine system maintenance and administrative functions including: system configuration and modifications; adding, removing and replacing hardware and software items; system startup, shut down, backup and restore; database administration and maintenance; and system user access control.
  • Must have a substantial background in communications and communications connectivity.
  • May require extended TDY CONUS/OCUNUS.
  • Must possess active TS / SCI clearance.


Minimum of 10 years of directly related computer systems analysis and/or programming experience.


The DCGS-A Maintenance Training Coordinator shall be Information Assurance Technologist Level II certified IAW DoDI 8570.1.

Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.


10 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
