Associate Specialist, Cost Control
Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional in project controls. Develops core competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.
Prepare project data reports for work-hours, budgets, expenditures, commitments, and forecasts.
Work closely with senior cost specialists to analyze and present project cost data and reports to project leadership.
Perform data management tasks using SAP, Microsoft Excel and Access, etc.
Coordinate inputs for project status reports with other departments and project leadership.
Assist with workload for multiple sites across customer base.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related Business, Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
Knowledgeable in project controls systems
Must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office products
Proficient in SAP PS preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to function within a project team
