Position Title:

Sr. Specialist, HRIS (Workday)

Ideal candidates possess:

A minimum of 5 years demonstrated HRIS experience with Workday, SAP, Infor or similar systems

years of experience with Workday HCM,

demonstrated advanced knowledge of Workday configuration and security administration

SAP experience is a plus.

The ability to work independently or part of a group on assignments and projects

Primary duties:

Work with HR and business partners to ensure production support, and service requests aligned with business objectives.

Serve as the Workday subject matter expert to internal customers; Provides technical support for production support issues.

Lead ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the human capital management application, including but not limited to, business process configuration and validations.

Development and maintenance of advanced reports and integrations as well as dashboards for ongoing customer needs.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and technical stability, making operational/strategic recommendations as applicable; lead all associated design and implementation efforts.

Create and process Workday EIBs to load data to support HCM, Learning, Benefits, Compensation and other areas as needed.

Owns development, testing and maintenance of existing and future integrations with external vendors and other internal departments and applications.

Reviews system data on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness; preforms any necessary data clean up and sanitization.

Lead development and validation of test scenarios ensuring all changes/enhancements are fully tested and meet all business requirements.

Train and mentor new system technical users as well as support development of user procedures, job aids, guidelines and documentation.

Troubleshoots HRIS support tickets via DASH.

Responsibilities may change; team member may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or a related field

A minimum of five (5) years of HRIS systems, applications, theory and practice.

years of experience with Workday HCM

Configuration experience required with Workday HCM

Practicing knowledge of Workday security administration required.

Advanced proficiency with data conversion and mapping.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and demonstrated ability with other MS Office applications.
