Job Description
Perform complex and comprehensive analysis of workplace occupancy and utilization data to assist in corporate facility planning initiatives
Make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, cost savings and asset utilization.
Delivers workplace model standards, recommends new standards and looks for continued improvements to the client workspace
Lead programming efforts for all Corporate Strategic Capital Projects to ensure Workplace Standards are integrated into the new or renovated building design
Creates new space layouts and suggests workplace improvements in response to client business needs and working requirements
Develops pilot projects to introduce new innovations and changes to the workplace model
Additional Qualifications:
The successful job candidate should possess a Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior Design and at least 5 years experience in such field, preferably in Corporate Facilities or Real Estate environment
Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and make recommendations
Demonstrates proficiency in architectural drawings, concepts, design, and office furniture systems
Excellent Client relations and consultation skills. Superior oral, written and graphic communication skills
Observes Corporate Policies and Procedures
Maintains high qualitative standards of work performance
Strives constantly to improve skill and work knowledge; keeps up to date in the field of specialization
Cooperates with other personnel to achieve corporate goals and objectives as to quality, service cost and profitability
Reports to immediate supervisor major problems and findings and results achieved with recommendations
Carries out responsibilities in a professional, courteous manner at all times
Software Competency: Autocad, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
