In this position you will provide support to Program Operations Managers for defining, planning, integrating, implementing and maintaining all required sustainment and spares production processes and their associated tasks across all company and major supplier facilities to successfully meet all phases of the program. Ensures that site factories/Functional Operations organizations are adequately executing efforts to meet program objectives.

  1. Performer Management – Manage and coordinate repairs including movement of hardware between Raytheon facilities and suppliers, coordinate the shipment of Ready For Issue (RFI) assets to Customer designated sites, chair internal weekly status meetings.
  2. Asset Tracking – Repair Status will be updated as required for all meetings and to accurately track the status of repair activity. The Status report and tools shall also be maintained as well as their interface to other tools such as Completed Repair Costs report tool.
  3. Material Tracking – Maintenance and reconciliation Material Inventory and Material Consumption reports as required. Generate BPR/BER/Scrap justifications and maintain archive.
  4. Program and Customer Support: This effort will provide Interface and coordination between Program Management and Depot performers, Customer support and Program reporting requirements including PPR’s and Customer status calls.
  5. Financials: This effort will provide financial oversight of performers, generating, reviewing and approving Operations EACs, and supporting program cost reviews.

Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management or other related function, combined with leadership or Management responsibilities.
  • Experience with Con-Ops in Lean Manufacturing Environment/Concepts
  • Experience with Program Front End of the business Material Planning
  • Experience with Manufacturing MRP systems (PRISM/APEX/IMRO/VM)
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

  • Experience with Proposal/Basis of Estimate (BOE)

  • Experience with Failure Review Board (FRB), Material Review Board (MRB), and Corrective Action Board (CAB) Processes

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and Macro a plus
  • Vertically integrating the Sustainment program across all product levels-of-assembly and integrates horizontally across design, manufacturing, and final product delivery lifecycle.
  • Knowledge and experience in System Engineering IV&V (Integration, Verification, and Validation) of RF systems and products.
  • Experience in defining the events, activities, test sequences, test verification methods, and reports necessary to integrate and test Radars.

Required Education:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Math, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
