The Life Cycle Engineering Department is looking for an Engineering Logistics Specialist II to contribute to a fast paced innovative team; to work closely with Whole Life Systems Engineering (WLSE) Functional Management, as well as Engineering and Program Leadership.
The candidate will provide operational and integration support to a vital DOD program. This position requires the ability to multi-task in a high energy, competitive environment. The selected candidate will interface daily with various levels of management and engineering personnel across multiple organizations, and with external customers to mitigate challenges.
This position requires the ability to assist with the development and sustainment of Army, Navy, and Air Force Technical Manuals, and to assist with the development and sustainment of training in support of various programs. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of military training systems, knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) processes, and knowledge of the LOGSA/ISEA requirements for the ILS documents; as well as hands on experience with assembly, disassembly and inspection of weapons systems.
The candidate must have strong influential communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Security clearance factors include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the US, foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and drug involvement.
