Description:Are you a skilled consultant interested in joining a team of dedicated professionals whose goal is to enable business results by providing programs and solutions that move the right skills to the right people at the right time?
This talent development role is focused on consulting with business leaders and HRBPs to understand their organizational talent development needs and the design of business solutions, including the design and execution of plans to transfer knowledge and expertise for building critical skills to support business growth. The consultant will also serve as coach and advisor working with executives and critical subject matter experts to develop and enhance leadership skills, organizational effectiveness and engagement strategies to retain and develop top talent.
The ideal candidate should exhibit strong performance consulting skills, expertise in adult learning theory, coaching experience, and ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to facilitate interventions (e.g., team sessions, talent development programs) in a credible, influential, and engaging manner. Strong knowledge of learning and development principles such as leadership development, organizational change management, team effectiveness, organizational assessment methodologies/tools, coaching and consulting, OD principles, and learning metrics and analytics are preferred.
Demonstrated experience and capability in the following areas:
-Knowledge of adult learning theory
-Business knowledge and the ability to align capability development efforts to drive business results
-Creating and performing needs assessments and analysis
-Intermediate or above proficiency using Microsoft Office & related products (Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
-Proven facilitation & presentation skills
- Managing multiple, sometimes overlapping, work streams, deliverables and timelines
-Lead, coach and mentor to provide innovative people solutions addressing complex business issues
Large scale systems training design, development, and implementation experience. Strong strategic, organizational, and innovating thinking is a plus
